Statutory Requirements


STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS

There are certain statutory obligations required of persons who currently practice Naturopathy in South Africa. In order to legally operate, as a Naturopathic practitioner, the provisions of the Allied Health Professions Act, 1982 [Act No 63 of 1982] and the regulations governing this Act must be met.
